        Color sure beats the battleship gray that my father's 52 Champion had!!!

          I painted mine that color (a little darker) because I like that color too.
          My parents had a black 1952 Studebaker, and the build sheet says mine was originally gray.
          I sure don't want a gray car, so burgundy it became.
