  • Use of softfeel paint ?

Just wondering if anyone has used/applied to : say your dash metal dash panels? or other interior panels.

A friend of mine works for a major paint supply house. He painted his entire Model A Roadster pickup with it a couple of years ago. Still looks great and definitely feels weird.
I can put you in touch with him if you like.

Okay I spoke with my friend the paint rep today. And here is what he had to say: "He would never use it again".
        For the following reasons:
        1. Hard to keep clean & to clean.
        2. Atracts dust like a magnet.
        3. Probable not available anymore (especially here in Canada) As the reduction of VOC's came into effect July 1/10.
        4. Cost in comparison to other paints.
Then we had a couple of beers and I forgot what else he had to say on the subject.
        Good Luck with your project.
