[)]Peck around on this site and you'll find a gallery of pictures of several Studebakers that will be auctioned off. Maybe someone in the area would like to go rescue some of them. I wish I was going to be there. Lots of TRUCKS!! It's in the Springdale, Arkansas vicinity...northwest corner of the state. Here's the link.

These pictures look like something out of a horror film where an evil force is trying to pull the victim into the earth. I do not think I have ever seen a truck with tires that has been swallowed up to the bottom of the frame.

Anybody know any results? [?] I was planning on going but had to change plans at last minute before starting the 3 1/2- 4 hr trip. I was interested in the two tone green '56 and the two Transtar parts trucks if anyone knows where they went. Hopefully not to a crusher down there. Let me know if you know any results.

Steve Blake sent me a message earlier today that he had a friend there and the trucks were to be sold at 1:30 local time. I have not received a report back on the results, but hopefully Steve will let us know.
