    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxQoCc2gBlI
This belongs to Miles one of our Chapter members. He asked us to get it going for him and stopping, to make it dependable for Drive your Studebaker Day. Well it had been sitting for the last seven years really needed to be shined up fixed up and driven. My poor job is the shining parts getter cleanup person. I also was assigned with driving it all over to fix its bugs. So far so good . It has been with us since Sunday and I keep on cleaning. Tonight our club is sponsoring the Friday night Chubby's Car show. I think I finally found enough drivers so that our 6 Studebakers and the Convertible can all go. should be a dozen Studebakers there. It will be the first time all six of ours will be at a Car Show. Just thought that I would share this little Video.

Got any stills for us dial-ups Annie? I love the front end on the '47s. Actually much more than the '50-51s.

By the by... is Chubby's every Friday?

      EDIT:
Does your visitor look something like this:

I really love the way they integrated the foglamps on these cars. They don't look tacked-on like some of the other year-models. Even with the tacked-on look of the fog lamps, this is my favourite from the forties:

      Oh... can we say DROOOOOOOLLLLL?

Sorry, Annie, I didn't mean to hyjack your thread. It just got me searching for pics andI found a wonderful site with these shots.

The '47 Champion grille and hood emblem are my favorite of the pre-bullet postwar Studes.
