  • Trunk Lock Cover 62 Lark

Question: There is a small flat stainless cover that moves back away from the keyhole when you insert the key in the trunk lock which is part of the lock and pivots out of the way. (NOT the kind of lock where there is a little sliding door right inside the keyhole.)

The cover does not spring back across the hole anymore - It looks like a small spring was used to close it.
    Can these be repaired???

(By the way, the SEARCH function now works really well again! Thank you Bob!)

You possibly could if you are a microsurgeon. A new Cylinder and key is not that expensive.

That's what it looked like to me. Thank you Rich. I let the potential new owner know before I fix or spend some shipping costs.
