As I sit here I now remember that about 25 years ago I purchased a five gallon bucket of Kendall semi-fluid product that I was told is for the Ross box. I remember scooping the product into a hand pump grease gun, I removed the fill pipe and installed a plug with a zerk on top, I pumped that product into the box, but do not remember if I pumped till the product came out the bottom plug.
Sadly, I left the almost full pail of the Kendall product in the garage I was renting for the car. I "assume" the lube to still be "viable" as I do not experience any steering binding or other strange "aberrations"
