  • Engine Block Color 60 Hawk

I have a 1960 Hawk that was produced in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I am wondering if the engine color is correct. When I received the car the engine block was a gold color and the valve/tappet covers were black. Anyone out there know if these are the correct colors for the 60 Hawk? And if not, what the correct colors should be. Thank you.

Mr B !! Can I assume the engine colors for '60 Lark would be the same??? [has original 259 in it] needs a good thorough pressure wash under the hood.
