Sounds like you're having fun... I was hoping to get over to your place today to pick up those Porsche seats but looks like I am stuck doing plumbing repairs... I guess the grumbling about previous owners and lack of maintenance applies to houses as well as Studebakers

    nate

(hint: if you suspect that previous owners did no maintenance, they probably did not. 'Nother hint: if you ever get a new water heater, immediately remove and throw away the drain valve and replace it with a proper ball valve, if you ever plan to flush out the sediment...)

I'll attempt to pass some of those names on to some of the central OH folks I know in our Ohio Region SDC. The original owner from Dresden...this is a very small town that became the home of Longaberger baskets...somewhat tourist-y now because of Longaberger; I've been there.

Good for you John! I'm not looking for another, but although I like '64 two-doors the best of any "Larks", in four-doors I like '63's best. Something about the cut of that rear door that says "'75 Seville" or "'77 Caprice Classic" to me--both cars I think look stately.
