  • Chrome Dress-up kit

    Hey guys,
I would eventually like to find a complete chrome dress-up kit for the Lark's 259. Does anyone have a kit they would like to sell or know where I can locate one. I heard that when the factory closed, the kits were around 15 dollars. That's amazing. Anyhow, just thought I'd ask.

Fifteen dollars in the late sixties was a chunk of change. I mean, you could rent a room, pay half the monthly rent on a 1bdr flat, Motel6 was six bucks a night (that's why they called it Motel6) etc...

Check out Turning Wheels. I think there has been an ad in the classifieds for this kind of thing. I know there has been one for crome valve covers at least.

    Lotsa Larks!
