My dad is the prime Studebaker fan in the family. He was remeniscing the other day about "Riding in a 1912 Studebaker back in 1950 at the Cooksey dealership in Medford, Oregon. The car had a big brass bell just under the radiator with a big clock spring in it for a starter." Can anyone help me identify this vehicle, and maybe find some info/photos of it? Could it have been an after-market starter?
Many thanks,
