What do you care? The public is fickle.

As expected, good form, RQ. She looks elated holding that trophy. You mentioned recently that that '39 was a masterpiece compared to the '38 you had sold. 1935 coupes & roadsters or any '38 with those cathedral headlights are my favorite prewar body styles, but that '39 is stunning. Can't tell much from an internet photo, but that looks like absolute perfection. I'll take your word on it, too.
Congrats. Good weekend, indeed.

Good Show Dick! I also understand that you went overr to Ron "rusty with oil" Johnsons house in Rockford! He's "normal" isn't he? LOL
Ron was my Shop teacher in High School, and its the one that got me interested in Studebakers, I guess that makes me "normal" too! <G>

Are any Studebaker collectors "normal?" None I know of (besides me of course).

Richard, that's a great looking Coupe Express and you are to be commended for giving the trophy to the widow of the man who did the work. IMHO that was a really great move and i am sure she appreciated. That show was truly a great day for our beloved Studebakers. Thanks for all that you do.

I agree. Great looking Coupe Express!
But, those glass kits do catch the attention of the general public.
They are always close to the entrance at most car shows and do end up with people's chopice awards more often then not.
