  • PEICE OF CAKE PULLING THIS ENGINE.

Pulled the 259 with trans. out of my 63 Champ yesterday, could'nt have gone easier!I got one of those adjustable engine slings,a couple forum members here suggested I get one, best money I spent in a long time.from hooking it up and pulling"5 minutes tops"if all goes well the new engine will be in about 2weeks,only problem is it will look better than the truck looks, but one thing at a time I guess? tomorrow I'll get trans de-greased and ready to mate up with the 289.

the engine *ought* to be the best looking part of any vehicle IMHO. Important stuff first!
