  • Studebakers Blast Off At 'The Villages' Car Show

It was 'Studebaker Day' at 'The Villages' in central Florida today...
Was a bit on the cool side, but a neat show just the same.
We had about 20 Stude's show up.
Pic's (Mostly taken by my younger daughter)are up at: http://community.webshots.com/album/557706258FzqrTp
About 6pm someone told me my truck was smoking. When I looked up he was pointing at the southeastern sky.
Lo and behold, there was a rocket going up from the Kennedy Space center (about 45 miles southast of where we were)

Picture might not show it very well, but it was a neat sight.
More info on the launch can be found at:

She just does not want to ride places

When I was in High School, (way back in the stone age) the girls liked any guy who had a decent looking car or truck. Of course, the fellow with the Super Bee did get extra points, pays for your dad to be the Chrysler dealer.

Lol.. There's enough yellow Studebaker trucks in Georgia.

It's good to see these two out and still looking better than new. [8D]

That's gotta be the best color I've ever seen on a GT Hawk. Was that the only Cade car there?

Perhaps the coolest '62 Daytona in existence. R2 engine with a 4 speed, and that stance; oh....[][8D] Stephen done good with that one. [^] The only thing I would change would be to remove the front bumper.
