ANY 2 door wagon deserves to live. Hope somebody sees the potential in it.

It's hard to say how rare it is, being that the Scotsman Wagon was the highest production '58 Studebaker, but I guess the survival rate IS pretty low.
There were very few built with 259 V-8's but this one has a '63 or '64 Engine so probably not one of them.

Maybe the Wagan's are more rare!

Looking at that rear seat upholstery, it's surprising that Studebaker put such fancy material into a stripper!

I love the way the rear fenders extend past the tailgate.

That is my pet peeve Dave. Of course it's rare, it's a Studebaker. This guy remined us twice in the first 2 sentences. (sigh)

I've always wondered that too, I think that it's an ugly design, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess.

According to information from my club colleague's research there were 7680 2-door Scotsman Wagons built including the Ambulets. Provincial Wagons 2412 including Ambulets and 159 Packard Wagons for a grand total of 10251 1958 Wagons. Scotsmans may indeed be rare today as I imagine they were throw-away vehicles at the time.
