  • Frank McCarthy, York's unsung hero!

For many years, Frank McCarthy has chaired the Keystone National Swap Meet at York.
All the arrangements, contracts, organization, set-up, tear-down...you name it.

Those of you who have ever organized or chaired an event can imagine what it's like to do this year after year after year.

The efforts of the few, for the benefit of many.

The Keystone Region Chapter is eternally grateful.

    THANK YOU, FRANK!

This was Frank's 15th year handling the meet. He deserves the "Unsung Hero" Award from both the vendors and the general public. Thanks Frank!!

I spoke with Frank Thursday morning about a vendor space and people were tugging at his sleeve then and all day long. What a great guy, he kept his cool despite of all the things going on. Many of us have no idea what it takes to deal with something like this. Kudos to him!

Met Frank for the first time this year. A wonderful guy. Very helpful and always in good humor despite the whirlwind of questions, requests, etc that always seemed to follow him around.

Thanks Frank for a job more than well done!
