Sounds like something you would say, Pat.

          Here's a couple more that I like...

          My uncle's '51 Starlight.

          I've seen these somewhere.

They're all beautiful, I decided today after sitting behind the wheel and talking to our treasurer who owns it, that my ideal Studebaker is a 63 Lark Cruiser, lovely to look at and has plenty of room for a tall 6' guy like me. Now for (a) the money and (b) somewhere to store one and who knows one day (crosses fingers).
This is not panning other Stude's I like a roomy car and this one fits the bill - as Wayne said a 259V8 has plenty of Go, compared to a 6.

I don't want to be left out of this one, so I took my convertible into Richmond to get this shot.

Maybe not as cool as some of the above, but sone of my favorites none-the-less:

If that second one was at night, you'd see LOTS of neon...

This shot of my 51 project just south of Bishop off 395, she set for 15 years on a farm in Dryer Nevada, a high desert farming area. Because of the high altitude she didn't have a bit of rust on her, in fact the engine still turned over and Anne found a good home for it.[^]
