    I received the Moser flanged axles today from Phil Harris (Fairborn Studebaker). Beautiful stuff!! []



    Awaiting the 4.27 ring and pinion and Richmond Gear LockRight to slow the Starliner down on the highway but hopefully speed it up at the drag strip [8D]

        Yeah, they're nice. I wouldn't use them for piercings though. Might have a bit of trouble with balance...

          Yeah, they're nice. I wouldn't use them for piercings though. Might have a bit of trouble with balance...

            Man, that gear will drive you nuts if you are going over 10 miles or so from home. (unless you have a OD AT.

                It's a close ratio T10

                Currently I'm 70 MPH at 3,000 RPM's (3.54 rear, 215/75/15 tires). With the 4.27's I'll be 3,600 at 70 MPH. Not good, but not the end of the world either.

                I've driven this car 30,000 miles. A lot of cross country stuff. I think those days are over for this car. Time to have some fun with it a new way.
