Wire Project

I have spent about four hours today labeling each wire on the new harness. Is it wise to replace the curcit brakers, are they only avaliable from Stude Vendors? Are the six way connectors and two way connectors obvious when I see them ? I'm sure I can use any advice now that I'm getting serious about this project.
