  • FS My 1963 Studebaker Standard 2 door

I have a 1963 Studebaker Standard that I though I'd offer on the forum before it goes up on ebay. The car's a 6cyl 3-speed. Nice body, a little rust, oil-can floorboards in the front. The clutch is shot and I question the synchro's in the trans, but it runs ok and and I'll sell for about the price of the paint job. $1200 takes it. Here's a link to some pics. Feel free to email me at irish@tulsaconnect.com

Neat looking little car Joe. If it's as solid as it looks in the pix, someone is going to get a heck of a good deal at $1200.

BTW, did you receive the PS set up? Was it what you expected?

Thanks, The car was a one owner car until the owners passing in 2003. The only rust is a little rust-thru in the bottom of the A-pillars and a little in the trunk. I just bought a 63 Daytona hardtop and I have 4 other Studes so something has to go! And no I haven't recieved the PS set-up yet, but the snow storm from Oklahoma to Tennessee might have slowed things down. I'll let you know when it gets here.

Looks like a good car. It would be great for someone that wanted to get into a Studebaker for cheap. Now about that '63 Daytona hardtop, got any pics to share??

I don't know, the car was painted before I got it, but the fenders and quarter panels etc all seem solid. I know the drivers side fender is a replacement.

Guys, he's asking $1200, and look at that interior. It's no show car, but $1200 ?? I don't need another Lark right now, but $1200 ?

Question, what are "oil can floorboards"?
