  • Looking for '53 Wheel Covers

They had the tri-star markings. I have never seen them advertised while the '54 wheel covers without tri-star markings seem to be more available even though I am not sure where. I am interested in either in show quality condition. Thanks ahead of time.

See 'em on eBay all the time for $100 (or so) per set.

What quality are you looking for? Not perfect/driver quality are available - I probably have some. Show quality is harder to come by. I believe that the '54-'55 style were reproduced, but I do not know if they are still available. Have you tried SI and Richard Q.?

Edit: The original request was edited with "show quality" to make the request clearer.

My part about checking for the repros still applies.

          Here's a '53 tristar...

Finding a set of these "show quality" will be tough. Probably best to get as good a set as you can find and have them restored.

54-55's without the tristar are easier to find. They were repop'ed at one time, but I no longer see them in the SI catalog.
