    Foundry pics I took:

    http://s768.photobucket.com/albums/x...hris_dresbach/

There are some other nonfoundry pics in this album, but just car and racing lawn tractor stuff. One pic may even end up a cover photo on Turning Wheels! Im not saying which one yet though![]

Why is there a picture of an Eskimo on a pogo stick in your album?

Just kidding, pics look good. Is that you standing next to that white Avanti? If the owner of the car was busy holding the camera, you should have jumped in and drove away with it. WHATS WRONG WITH YOU??

Milaca, that is Ed George's (Mr speed 53) R3 Avanti and his '61 wagon. Fun time, thanks for posting your pics.

Thanks for the all the cool pics. I wish I could have been there! I clicked my heels together three times and nothing happened! I guess I'll have to settle for the ground shaking here at home in Nor Cal.

                  Interesting pictures.
Are some of them 'old' and some from the tour?

One of the highlights of the tour was the arrival of the R3 Avanti. It shows up with all the Sturm Und Drang of a proper performance vehicle. Blower whine, exhaust noise, cam lope all exactly right.

                    Dang nice car.[][]

I'll second that. I drooled over Ed's car in Cedar Rapids, and South Bend 2 years ago. Great car with a great owner.

All of the pics of the foundry were from the 28th. The only ones that arent are the ones of the racing lawn tractors and the '40 Champion at the end of the album.
