                        Great pics Leonard.I esp. like the bus pic,looks like a full load there ,lol,and the pic of the mail man.I have been to Anna Maria many times my brother and sis live just south of there .Also thats where Greg Allman and Cher lived when they were together.

                            I believe the airplane is a Fairchild--anybody know for sure? and who made those upside-down (for prop clearence) engines? (airplanes are something I gave up for family harmony after putting about 3 Studebakers in a 1947 Cessna 140)

                                Leonard, That could easily be my dad by the dump, and his dad in the dragline. Dad has told about driving a '41 Studebaker dump truck, and his dad throwing gravel into the box. The new Chevys would tear up clutches, but never had any trouble with his truck. But by their ages in the photo, it could be. Dad was in Ind. at the time, and I think the R.G Mall truck is some where in Mi.
