                    I think everyone agrees it is a GM product of the 40s. The lack of continuous trim makes me think it is a 42 Oldsmobile. Pontiacs, Chevys and Buicks all had trim on the fenders or a continuous trim piece from front to back. Olds was the only model that had thet big chrome spear on the side of the hood with no continuous trim piece.

                    The picture makes it look like it has a "dog leg" rear side window like the sedanettes, but that didn't come until after 47.

                        After comparing Curtis's photo of the Pontiac I too am in agreement Pontiac and from the LACK of post WWII chrome I'd say its a 46. The little chrome spear on the side of the hood is the giveaway.
