    That's why I like the deluxe treatment to the grill. Simple and clean. Not too many front panel bottoms have escaped a dent or two, and it sits pretty high. What a find if that came up for sale, though. White Sand. [^]

        Funny that it's in Alameda. In the SF Bay Area, Alameda is often referred to as "the island time forgot." You see old cars in various states of repair around every corner.

            A charmer! I agree with you, Dave. I don't like bumper guards on these cars either. They do little, if any, good and they just clutter up the refreshingly simple styling.
