  • 63 Cruiser progress

Here's a shot of the Cruiser being worked on yesterday. It's now wearing a coat of primer.

Another shot of the Cruiser in work. My bodyman's son, Josh, is sanding the jambs.

Here's the bodywork crew - L to R, Son Josh, son-in-law, Georgie and dad, Armando. Armando says we paint next Saturday!

Josh looks a lot happier than I am when I'm sanding jambs .

    Good progress.

Move that crew right over to the wagon when they finish the Cruiser [^]

That may well happen, Dick. I'm gonna direct them to one of the many projects here in any event. I'd like to get my 53 Coupe going again.[^]

Another thing - none of these guys know/knew anything about a Studebaker. But they're starting to warm up to them. All of them were impressed by how easily this Cruiser cranks and how quiet it is when running.
