I was featured in "The Younger Generation" in Hemmings Classic Car in September 2006, shortly after my article "Grandpa & Me" was published in TW in February 2006.

October 2007, to be exact. I just organized all my magazines on Sunday, so as soon as Matthew said '56 Continental, I picked up the stack and shuffled it. In less than 5 seconds, I had the article in hand!

Hi Matthew, I'm sorry, I forgot that you were already featured in Hemmings. Chalk it up to a senior moment.

Like BP said, I, along with my (at the time) daily driver '59 Scotsman pickup, was featured in a previous issue. I'll try to dig it out and post which issue it is. (I think a one-off '56 Continental convertible was on the cover).

Thanks for the kind words and thoughts, though.

Matthew himself was featured in that column about 18 months ago, Murray!

Perhaps someone will post the link; I'm too lazy to go back through all my issues of Hemmings Classic Car ...although I did manage to get them all in one place during Sunday's MOD (Magazine Organization Day). BP

    started a topic For Matthew

    For Matthew

In the Hemmings Classic car Magazine there is a page devoted to the younger drivers. It's called "The younger Generation" and I think its a neat forum for young guys like Matthew. I haven't seen a young Studebaker driver yet so maybe its time. Just an idea.

    Happy Trails to all
