I don't know. I assumed there are DVD players that also record (like the old school VCR's), but being "technology challenged", I didn't push for details...because I wouldn't understand them [^]

I understand .....I have all this digital cable and HDMI cables/ports and have alway's wondered if I could plug that into the computer somehow, I'm sure I could but as soon as someone told me what program to use....let alone use it, I may end up sratching my head [xx(]

But if anyone really has a good solution I'd be interested.

                  Thanks Jeff and Karl.

Hey, the Ute goes to it's first car show tomorrow since the GNRS in January. It's the Boulevard Park show here in Bellingham. It's part of a week long Memorial Day celebration here...highlighted by the "Ski to Sea" race on Sunday. Teams start on Mt. Baker (about 50 miles away) with cross country skiing, followed by down hill skiing, running, road biking, canoeing, mountain biking, and sea kayaking. The sea kayaks come up Bellingham Bay and right by Boulevard Park and the car show in the late afternoon.

Unfortunately the Boulevard Park show conflicts with this years North West Overdrive ...but I REALLY wanted to do the show. Here's a few pics from last year's...

In two weeks, the Ute will be at the SDC Can-Am Zone meet in Wenatchee, WA

Good luck with it at the shows Dick. Love that Black convertible in the bottom photo, Oldsmobile or Buick? Yes, DVD recorders are available now, what will they come up with next.
