    Michael, the tag on the back of mine says J.P. Engraving in Elkart Indiana. Their phone number is 574-293-8962.
    I ordered mine through our membership secretary for our local chapter.

          Try Right Impressions in Kimball, Nebraska. Stuart Tritt does them for several chapters and does the awards for most of the International Meets. 308-235-3386. His ad is in the last page of Turning Wheels business card ads.

                Those are Real Brass looking Metal Playing Cards and a clear plastic Cover over the Photograph, he really does excellent work!

                The Casino Roof top is no longer. The Riviera Hotel & Casino was Imploded in 2016.
