              As tall as that is, it's gotta be for a some type of Heavy Truck, maybe a Stude. Diesel with the Clark Heavy Duty 5 Speed Transmission, rarer than a New Process 5.

                  It makes sense that it could be from a Champ truck. The previous owner has had several. I did not realize the Champ trucks used fiberglass parts.
