  • What is it? Parts Question

    I found these in with a box of Avanti parts. They are a mirror of each other, so appear to be a left and a right. I don’t recognize the parts.

    They look like wing/vent window swivels.
    RadioRoy, specializing in AM/FM conversions with auxiliary inputs for iPod/satellite/CD player. In the old car radio business since 1985.

          The holes looked beveled on the top side for screws, like something was attached underneath.

                They are pivots for upper vent windows left and right, you wouldn't be able to see them because they are covered with the rubber seal. You would have to disassemble the window to see them. SI lists them for mid 50s sedans. They are pot metal and do break on occasion, one of mine did. They can be replaced with the aid of a Dremel and some pop rivets.
