That is the prettiest 57 wagon I have ever seen. Who owns this 57 wagon that is always at York and Reedsville?

I still believe in the next 10 years or so we are going to see 1950s Studebaker station wagon prices skyrocket. Is it me or do they get better looking every year?

Boy did I pick a bad day to work, like I have a choice!!!

              First things first-
JDP, where did that Parkview ever get off too? I'd sure like to know!!! Have you got any s/n or body tag info on it? I've been trying to track as many of them down as I can- one day I'll set up some sort of website...
Yes, let's see what we can do about finding the owner of the 'other' wagon pictured here~ I've never seen that one, and need the same numbers from that car!!! What are the odds that it might be the same Parkview??? Not many left, I only know of about 6... [:0]

Mr. Biggs, I hate to disagree with you, but that Scotsman could've been ordered with those moldings- it was an option. I've seen a bunch of them that way, and even owned one! I also believe the '57 Scotsmen had the same grille as the other '57 sedans, not the one the '58s used that you're thinking of. It's hard to say because it seems all the Scotsmen I ever see are '58s!!! All 'factory' pictures of '57s I've seen had the regular sedan grille...
My '57 Champion F2 has that same steering wheel, but diferent window cranks and door handles inside~ left-over '55 stuff if you can believe it!!! [:0] Click the pics and see~

              http://racingstudebakers.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=73

Lastly, did anyone else notice that the first car pictured (the red 4 door) has no side trim except the 'beltline' stuff below the side windows and the stuff around the back glass? Those tail light housings look painted as well, don't they? I wonder if it's a Scotsman [?] [:0]

I think that'll do it- for now!!!

Sold the Parkview at York five years or so back, then it showed up for sale again at York maybe two years ago. Not sure where it is, but suspect in the mid Atlantic.
