    UPDATE: I googled "Flathead Ford" and sure enough, they had an Intake like that, that Water Outlet looking thing is an Oil Filler Pipe and goes in Back, not Front!
    I guess I am not as familiar with these Old Fords as I thought.

    Only thing similar about them is they all accept carbs, and these take three.​​​​​​ The front is on the left.

    Ford FE (I thought I'd throw this one in because I have this one, what makes it unusual is it used GM Rochester carbs)
