The first series of repro door sill plates were straight and didn't follow the rocker panel curve. In the later repro run, they supposedly added in the curve. Maybe you have an older repro set?

Edit: I was thinking of the earlier CK and Coupe sill plates, not for a 64 Hawk.

I installed a set of re pops on our 64 GT last summer, other than needing to be trimmed about 3/8" they fit and look fine. Finding a NOS set might be like finding a nose hair on a duck....

I’m curious I have a set of repop scuff plates that don’t seem to fit great but I could make them work. I may however buy a nos set. Anyone know if they fit better?
