I don't know for sure on a 57 BUT a 56 depended on the model(trim). A Pelhan for example was different from a Broadmore because it had a extra line of trin running down the side. This makes the two models have diferent color roofs although they both use the same two colors.

This is the only picture of the 57 wagon that I have.

Those are Presidents (and a Golden Hawk [xx(]) in that picture- which makes that wagon a Broadmoor.
        Provincials were Commander-trimmed cars.
I have no pictures of my Parkview (also a 'Commander') in two tone paint, but here's one of my sedan~

Ross, can you try downsizing these in Photobucket or wherever they live?
It would be nice to be able to see the whole car, and the dial up guys will have a problem! Thanks, Rich.

Edited 3:55 PM PST, Thanks much Ross, hopefully if you did it right it will downsize, but it takes a few minutes to update!

                There were no '56 Broadmoors.

it must have been the Pinhurst I am thinking of. Whatever the up scale trim kits, they had a different paint scheme.

It looks like from this picture that the two tone could be either way.

You know something? Pictures like that are to be loved and hated at the same time.
So coool, yet sooo depressing... Gotta dig 'em either way. [:0] [^] [V]
                          Thanks Leonard!!!

Yes- the two tone color could be flipped- I remember reading that somewhere- was it TW...?
                          Bet it was.

It is hard to see by this picture BUT I believe these two wagons have different trim. The one one the right looks like it has one line of trim and the one on the left has two, upgraded model. In that case the bottoms start the same but the top end up different. 56's have this with the trim diff. The firewall is the only thing I have seen that can be either based on where it was built.

That'd be a good trick in '57. The cars' trim didn't do that- like it did in '56. Check the pic link in my post above. There you will find a 1957 Broadmoor, 1957 Provincial, 1957 Parkview and even some 1956s to compare them to.
Clicking on the pictures opens them up even bigger in most cases...
