Thanks. I'd have to look around and see if I have any left. I built some large stake bed and tow trucks. I might have those too.

I'd be interested in any you have to sell.

That looks smaller than my general scale of 1:18, however would love to have one anyway!

Does anyone remember the Transtar electrically powered Semi Tractor Trailer that pulled a Studebaker Trailer that was auctioned at a International Meet. It may have been South Bend. It was auctioned to raise money for Ron Hall and his Avanti. I will see if I can go back thru the issues of our chapter newsletter and find a picture.

The color was red with a white grille and pulling a silver trailer with Studebaker logo on the side. I was newsletter editor back then and took a picture. I wonder if the person that won the auction still has the model.

The model was built by Lou Fencl. Lou also owned the black R2 Champ truck. A very talented man that can do pretty much anything.

Thought I'd piggyback on this thread as it was relevant. These are not perfect but if anyone is interested I can supply information to where they can be bought in Claremont, CA. The cream and tan truck has a price of $10 but did not inquire about the other.
