  • ID front fender spears.

Went to an auction and in some stuff I bought there were two front fender spears.
They are aproximately 4" at the bottom and the hight is about 3 and 1/4". These are bigger than a GT hawk fender spears.
They are made from the same plastic and seem to be NOS.
Are these Studebaker, and if yes for what year and model?
    Thanks
    Paul

They are the same plastic as a 62 GT hawk that I have.
        Just wider and taller.
I don't have a picture now , just imagine a bigger than a gt hawk plastic fender spear.
They were in the same lot with a couple of pair of NOS Lark door sill
        which I needed.

I am sorry that I am not making myself very clear.
These are plastic inserts just like a 62 GT hawk just bigger.
            Thanks

JDP you might be right. I just loked at a picture of a 1950 Champion.
he picture I looked at is not very clear but it seem to project the same size. Since they are two I assumed they are fender spears.

Once bought a Studebaker regional parts stock and ignored the small parts drawers full of bushings and brushes and the like. A year or two later, I found 3 of those spears and 8 of the hood crests in a bin drawer.
