I'm going to pretend I didn't see that link. And I'm not going to admit that I opened it to see what the guy was asking. Nope, I DON'T KNOW a thing about it.

Robert, I'll bet your talking about the emblem that's an "S" against a red, white & blue cloisenne shield, right? There's a fair number of those around and they're not all that expensive if your patient. I've seen them with all the cloisenne (pronounced "Cloy-sen-aay" if you're struggling with it It's fired-on glass, not plastic)

              Miscreant adrift in
              the BerStuda Triangle!!

              1957 Transtar 1/2ton
              1960 Larkvertible V8
              1958 Provincial wagon
              1953 Commander coupe
No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

I'm betting he's referring to the one we've shown for the '47, as it definitely has a true "Art Deco" appearance. So cool that I'd like one to use as a door knocker (since my last name begins with "S").

Biggsy, are you describing the 1948 ornament, the shield with wings?

Biggs and Dillo, you're right- that's the one Dillo posted in the link [] But it's not just the emblem I want- I want the car that goes with it (There's one on eBay right now... don't get me started [:0][^])

Dillo Schrafter - the "S" and "H" are silent, so I just leave them out. [8D]
