    Geez, that's one pretty truck. (studied the pics for a while) It looks like it's very low mileage. The underside pic can't be of a Studebaker, it's too clean.

    I'm guessing it was special ordered in the black/white combination. The build sheet will definitely tell for sure. But it does look like a common Public UtilCo color scheme of the era.
