The only thing obvious I would change is those pink or violet things under the hood. Otherwise it would be a fine ride for someone with the money.

Well, it's sure a clean ride. But it's priced wrong. Not that he hasn't got that much in it, perhaps - but Stude lovers prolly won't pay that much for a modified car, and Chevy lovers don't know what to make of the weird sheet metal wrapped around their engine! Too bad.

In real estate it's well known that anything will sell; you just have to make the price low enough to match the market at the time you want to sell.

Same applies to cars.

The price has always been the same... so the seller doesn't really want or need to sell it; by now he knows the price is way too high. It's probably something like "I love the car, but if someone will pay THAT much I'll sell it and get something else"... or, "I love the car and want to keep it, but the wife says I have to sell it; so I'll price it way too high, so no one wants it... the wife sees that I tried, no one takes my baby away, and all's well".

If he ever really does want/need to sell, he'll come way down on the price. Till then, he's probably enjoying it[^]

Truly great interior - like everyone says, '66 was the best of the whole lot, dash aside. Love those door panels and buckets with real bolsters in them!
