  • Studebaker emblem

I am looking for a copy of the old Studebaker script. I am going to make a decal for the back of my truck but I need the original design to work from. I will eventually blow it up to about 30 to 36 inches long but I don't have a good original design to start with. If anyone has a photo or other document with the original design (the larger the better) I will copy and enlarge it and return it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will pay all shipping charges.

which script are you looking for? One used on letterhead, or emblems on cars? Which years? I think I have some 56-63 emblems I could scan, probably no 64s though (which IMHO are the most attractive)

If you are looking for the old fashioned script with the underline coming off of the right end, it's on the Classic Enterprises "Custom" tailgate, so they may have the stencil.

I don't believe it was ever used on a factory tailgate however. [:0]

Is this the one you need?

I agree with Nate, the '64 'Studebaker' script is the best looking one they used. If that's what you want, I have blueprints for that one I could probably send you a copy of. (Or any other '64 Stude emblem, for that matter. )

I agree that the later Stude emblem is more attractive but this is going on a '37 Coupe Express bed cover and I believe that it should be the Script with the underline. I will try Classic and thanks for everyone's help

Here's the later one. I have Illustrator and EPS versions if anyone needs them.
