Heater fan back in car

I took the heater fan & housing out of the Hawk. Rewired the motor, lubed the bearings and painted the unit. Now it is back in and running.

Looks great, John. Did you sandblast or bead-blast the housings? I just came in the house after spending a pleasant evening with my glass beader. Did 2 Champion water pumps, 2 old electric horns, and the shifter tower parts for Dick Steinkamp's transmission for his Ute.

Clark, I just soldered new wires on the leads that come off the windings.

Gord, I wish I had a bead blaster. No such luck. I used my Dremell tool and a grinding stone. Lots of work and noise.
