Please print info from the body tag under the hood on right side of firewall. And the serial from the drivers' door post. Pics will not open. Thanks

There is no serial number off the door; I did however manage to obtain the body tag number from off the firewall. It reads:

        9G-W3
        6236

I think that is a 1950. 1953 is a 14G so figure back. I do not have a book that covers that year.

So it should look like the car on the right.

The one in the previous photo is a 1950 Commander Land Cruiser. Distinctive by it's longer, Commander front fenders and it's Land Cruiser unique reear door vent windows.

                        Here's a 9G-F5 Same year (1950) and model (Champion), but a 2-door variety (F) with Regal Deluxe trim (5).

                        A W3 would be a 4-dr with Deluxe trim.

                        So, 9G-W3 = 1950 Champion Deluxe 4-dr sedan.
