Can someone post pictures or describe the difference between a 1954 Commander HT with Deluxe trim and one with Regal trim? Thanks.

All '54 hardtops (K models...Starliners) were Regals. No Deluxe trim ones made. There were Deluxe and Regal Coupes (C models...Starlights) made, however.

As Dick said, all 1954 Starliners were Regal trim level. There were 5040 Regal Commander Starliners for 1954.
