    I took this yesterday. One of the worst cases I've ever seen ...and this is in California [:0]

    You rust belt guys got any pics?

        What am I missing in this thread. Is there supposed to be a picture?

                        I visited a yard like that in Toledo - about '97 or so. I bought the wonderbar radio out of a '58 Packard wagon that was there. What was odd - really odd! - was the fact that the crumbling seat cushion was setting on the dirt. This was because the Packard had slowly rotted down onto the ground until the floors were completely gone and the seats still set in place while not attached to anything![:0] I wanted to save the super-rare factory roof rack that was on it but it was a humid day and I was serving as lunch for a vicious swarm of mosquitos.
                        I DID save the Ohio registration that I found in the glove box. I've got it tacked up on the garage wall with other bits and trinkets.[^]

                        1953 Commander coupe
                        No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.
