OK, the "wives thread" got me thinking about a Golden Hawk of my youth.
Im looking for the person who bought the 57 Golden Hawk from Bob Bray auto sales on rt 416 in Welsh Run Pa(Greencastle/Mercersburg Area), back in the early 80s to mid 90s.
This particular hawk, was brown metaallic(may have even been metal flake!) with white, orange, red, and yellow flames on the hood and fenders and maybe the doors. It had polished aluminum slots if I remember correctly. It was a 289 with the McCulloch, and Im sure a 4 speed.
Im curious if it still exists, and if its still painted the same way. I actually plan to make the trip over to Mr Brays next week and inquire about the old hawk. If anyone has any info or pics please post them..Thanks!

hmmm, my girlfriend has 2 GT Hawks....and I feel left out, wheres my "R" model Daytona????
