    No, it won't fit as is.

    The problem is in the carburetor base mount configuration.

    47-52 has a symmetrical mount, while 53-58 has what I call a "D" shaped mount. The carburetor bases are different.

    Hi All.

    An M Truck Owner has a '47 Truck with a bad intake/exhaust manifold (part 515822) on a Champion engine.

    I have a '54 intake/exhaust manifold (part 532337) from a Champion engine.

    Are there any significant differences in Champion engine intake/exhaust manifolds in these years?

    Can this '54 fit on to his '47 Champion engine without any issues?? Will there be problems on fitment?

    Appreciate all assistance.
