I'm driving the Lark to Hood River, OR Friday with a Stude Buddy to see the cars at their "lunch stop" at the Auto and Air Museum.

I went to Lancaster, CA this past Saturday afternoon to watch the racers arrive and then look at the cars. Four Studebakers this year; the aforementioned Steve Hedke and family in their '64 Daytona, a '55 President that has participated before, a '56 Sky Hawk and a '59 or '60 Hawk. Good representation for Studebaker!
After the conclusion of the race, the Hedkes will leave their Daytona at America's Car Museum in Tacoma, WA to be displayed in the lobby (following the display of Avanti number one).
Howard - Los Angeles chapter SDC
'53 Commander Starliner (Finally running and driving, but still in process)
'56 Golden Hawk (3 speed/overdrive, Power steering - Running, but not yet driving)
'62 GT Hawk (4 speed, A/C, Power steering - running and DRIVING!)
