  • They are still out there..37 Dictator unearthed

I have been trying to quit all my vices -- Pizza, Rolling Rock beer and collecting cars ..

the garage floor is floor is cold on my old bones

and I only have one tool that I can work more .. my check book

But I could not hold back buying this ... it just fell into my lap

a 2 owner '37 Dictator coupe RUNNING no less!
with factory radio, and a the radio anntenas under the running boards, clock, heater, and a bunch of spare parts..

it's unmolested and rust free ....

Now I am off to go buy some lottery tickets... [8D]

just had to share these pics ...

    You dawg!
    What a great piece!
I can tell the previous owner backed out of his own driveway a lot.
    Superb find!
    I am envious!

The general concensus has been that we needed more prewar Studes on the Forum...now here's someone that takes that admonition seriously![:0][8D]

                Congrats, John;
                a nice piece indeed! BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

                Ayn Rand:
"You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality."

                G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

Man, what a pretty coupe! Aside from losing those goofy truck mirrors, it wants for nothing.

I have to join in - great find! Those coupes would be near the very top of my Stude dream list. Probably anyones for that matter. Super cool.

I am a rodder too, but I don't think I could do it to that example.
