    In 1953, cars were not wired to have the headlights and park lights on at the same time; easy enough to jump a lead and update your ride.

          The switch on the dash is, up for headlights and down for parking lights. Off in the middle. When I pushed the switch down this morning the parking lights would not come on. I believe they were working when I bought the car. Today they didn't. Something else to look into.

                  I took a picture like that, it is a 1/43rd scale car in my driveway. I wish I had a beautiful REAL one like that. GREAT SHOT!
