  • Cab and a half Transtar with a Cummins

Just saw this You-Tube video from DeBoss Garage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZIzF845za4&t=240sw Somebody in the Dunnville/Canfield area is doing up an interesting truck. Any locals know about this one?

Somewhat similar project was present at the Lancaster '08 International.
Kevin Roan took an '87 Dodge frame with Cummins 5.9 from a truck he had been driving; shortened the frame and installed a '56 Transtar body on it. Left the frame long enough to mount 4" stacks between the cab and bed. Cooling fan and radiator wouldn't fit in front of the Cummins so they were moved to the front of the bed.
Kevin operates at Roan's Body Shop in State College, PA. He used the Transtar at his wedding. The truck is now owned by his dad.
